Scandalous isn't it? I stole Nike's slogan ;)... In my defence, I'm a pretty loyal customer! Anyways, back to business, this is all a bit new for me because I'm usually a very private person, but I've finally decided to start posting my fitness progress to motivate myself and ideally to motivate others! Right now I've been too traumatized by the scale to start weighing myself, but I'll stop acting like a coward and weigh myself once or twice weekly from now on. I'll be jotting down my measurements since they don't lie (I've experienced weighing myself one day to find that I've almost reached my goal weight only to weigh myself the next and discover that I'm a few pounds short of weighing the same thing as Honey Boo Boo's mom (who also happens to have a boyfriend which kills me even more!)). I don't exercise nearly as much as I should/used to; I play hockey and have gym once a week at school where I get about as much exercice done as I do when I jump around to reach a box of cereal on the top kitchen shelf! (As impressive and demanding as it sounds, it's really quite a pitiful amount of effort). I'll try and be better about my workouts because I have a gym membership and a treadmill at home, so I literally have no excuses!
